Unfortunately due to COVID19 postal services are experiencing delays which are out of my control. The delivery times are given as estimates only. I appreciate your patience during this time.

All orders are sent in plastic-free packaging - even down to the stickers. Your order will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a cardboard mailer (prints) or homemade recycled cardboard packaging (postcards only).

Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

All orders to Metropolitan areas within Australia are sent via Sendle which includes tracking. These deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. Read more about that here. For all other areas I use Australia Post Standard Parcel post with tracking. No signature is required on delivery. Please see domestic delivery estimates below:

• Perth: 1-2 business days

• Rest of Western Australia: 3-9 business days

• Rest of Metropolitan Australia: 6-9 business days

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Parcel post which includes tracking. Shipping prices and delivery times vary between each country. For delivery estimates and international shipping updates please click here and find your delivery country in the list. No signature is required on delivery.

I do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered when ordering. If the order is returned to me, you will need to pay for shipping again. Please double check that you have entered the correct address in your confirmation email.

I also do not take responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged packages during transit, and only offer tracked postal options for this reason.
